How to buy

 

Registration

 

If you already have a profile, you can log in with your username (email) and password.

 

If you don't have a profile, you must register by filling in all the necessary information about yourself as a user (buyer). After registration, you will receive an email with a link. To complete your registration, you must click on the link.

 

 

Customizing your profile

 

In the profile settings, you need to provide your first name, last name, phone number, language, currency, and delivery address, where you would like to receive the goods ordered on the website.

 

 

Product search and delivery

 

You can find the product you want by using a filter. To filter products with delivery to your country, select "Delivery possible" in the "Delivery" section.

 

If you are interested in a product, but delivery to your country is not available, you can go to the product page, hover over the information icon and

  • Change the shipping address or
  • Ask for delivery to your country.

The seller will receive your request and might add your country to their delivery zone. You will be notified of the decision in  "Notifications" section and by email.

 

 

Payment methods

 

On the page of the product, if delivery to your country is possible, you will see the payment button. When you click on the "Buy" button, a pop-up window will appear and you will need to fill in the address details for delivery. If you have already provided this information in your profile, the fields will be pre-filled automatically.

 

If the price of the goods exceeds $3,000 (or equal to this sum in another currency), you can only pay only by bank transfer (invoice).

 

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice by email. You can find the invoice copy on the payments page. The administration of the website will confirm the receipt of the payment.

 

If your order is less than or equal to $3,000, you can pay either by bank transfer or by card.

 

To pay by card, after specifying the delivery address, another window will pop up and you will need to select the payment method accordingly. If the payment is successful, your order’s status will automatically change to "Paid".

 

 

Shipping

 

As soon as your order has the "Paid" status, the seller will begin preparing the item for shipment and will notify you when it has been shipped. You will receive a notification with the tracking number of the parcel. You can view the status of your order on the orders list page.

 

After receiving the product, you need to mark this order as "Received".

 

If you are not satisfied with the product or the delivery, you can return the item or request a refund during the period that is indicated on the product page under "Allowed days for return: ".
